• Graduate of any Engineering Course preferably Electrical, Mechanical.
• Must be able to perform set up of Injection Machine.
• Must have at least 2 years hands on experience in handling Injection Molding Products.
• Capable to Analyze and adjust Injection Machines to its required quality.
• Capable to address issues of Quality and Productivity through Parameter Optimization.
• Capability to analyze mold or machine problem is an advantage.
• Must be able to prepare individual report (Excel, Power point), computer literate.
• Must be capable to lift 25 kgs. of materials.
• Must be familiar with ISO requirements in a manufacturing environment.
• Capable to work on a 12 hour shift schedule.
• Applicant from Calamba and nearby town is an advantage.

• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must have experience in tooling design, fabrication, development, testing, and validation.
• Understand design for manufacturability and have a track record of successfully implementing new tooling into production.
• High level of attention to detail and meticulous record-keeping capability.
• Excellent prioritization and organizational skills in order to manage multiple responsibilities with little to no supervision.
• High level of initiative and flexibility in adapting to changing needs of a dynamic work environment.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel and 3D modelling tools and applications.
